Shipping:
Big Daddy Ladder is only responsible for damage or shortage on shipments if the customer signs the delivery ticket with shortage or damage on receipt. If you do have damage or shortage, note on the receipt and contact Big Daddy Ladder immediately at 1-866-272-2060 for replacement of lost or damaged product. Also, email Big Daddy Ladder a copy of delivery ticket at sales@bigdaddyladder.com . Big Daddy Ladder is not responsible for any damage or shortages if the delivery ticket is signed with out notation.
Title:
The title to the products and the risk of loss passes from Big Daddy Ladder to you upon delivery by trucking company.
Payments Terms:
Payments for the product will be made by credit card, wire transfers, check via fax, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Big Daddy Ladder. Orders are not binding until accepted by Big Daddy Ladder.
Shipping Charges/Taxes:
Separate charges for shipping will be shown on all Big Daddy Ladder invoices. You are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with your order. Big Daddy Ladder will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God.
